- Your satisfaction is our top priority! In the rare event that you're not absolutely thrilled with your purchase, fret not! We'll gladly offer you an exchange to ensure your complete satisfaction.
- We understand that sometimes preferences may change, so we allow exchanges for all our products within 7 days from the date you received them, as long as they remain unworn and unused. However, please note that personalized or engraved products are exempt from this exchange policy.
- To ensure fairness, any signs of wear or tampering with the product would make it ineligible for exchange. We want to make sure you receive a fresh and perfect piece to cherish.
- If the value of the new product you choose for exchange exceeds the value of the old product, we kindly ask you to cover the difference between the two amounts. Conversely, if the exchanged value is lower than the value of the original product, we will hold the difference as a credit for your future purchases—a delightful little treat for you!
- While we take utmost care in delivering your treasures, once the delivery service marks an item as 'Delivered,' we regrettably cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft that may occur.
Cancellation
